Find us a holiday home less than 2 hours from Sydney where we can entertain family, potter in the garden and chill.  Open to near South Coast and Southern Highlands, particularly Berry, Gerringong & Robertson.

With a daughter living and working in Sydney, this NZ couple needed a place that could house them on visits and also provide their daughter with a leg up into the Sydney property market.  The budget was initially set at $4m, minimal work required and (if an apartment) no small (scary) elevators!

Ready for a change from Elizabeth Bay, this high-powered female executive wanted space, but was very aware that the budget was tight for her preferred areas. Initially, we were brought in on an urgent evaluation and negotiation basis for a single property but, when the price moved beyond what the client was willing to pay, this went to a full search.

With two young kids, big jobs, no time and the desire for a simultaneous settlement, this search needed to be efficient. The brief was a free-standing house on a 300sqm+ block, space for a pool, liveable now but with renovation potential, as far north as Bondi, west to Randwick and south to Maroubra (but not Maroubra!).
